Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains where National Shield ships and how delivery is handled.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship paid physical products to Europe, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Canada.

Shipping cost

Delivery is paid. Shipping cost is shown or collected during checkout through Stripe or the connected fulfilment flow before payment is completed.

Estimated delivery times

• Europe and the United Kingdom: commonly 7–21 business days after dispatch.
• United States and Canada: commonly 10–30 business days after dispatch.
• These estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs checks, holidays, production time, or force majeure events may extend delivery.

Processing time

Orders usually need processing before dispatch. Processing time depends on stock, product type, and fulfilment workload.

Customs, VAT, and import taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, or local charges. Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, the customer is responsible for these charges.

Incorrect addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If a parcel is returned or delayed because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost, damaged, or delayed parcels
